Yes, the Grant can be applied to surgery, but only if the surgery has already happened. You’ll need to submit your invoice with the remaining amount as part of your application. Awards funds will be paid directly to the billing organization. At this time, we can not promise any funding for future procedures.

At this time there are no age requirements. However, if the person applying is a minor, we do need written guardian consent.

No, you do not have to be a U.S. citizen to receive help.

Yes! At the end of the application there will be a section for you to upload or a file, or give us a link. Filling that section out will help us sort your application much faster.

Anything not related to gender affirmation. Examples are rent, utilities, education, events, etc.
